All’Arcangelo Michele was established in 2005 by Zoboli family with the idea of creating a place where was possible to find both good cooking and the pleasure of sitting together around the table.

As a first step, this mission shows through the setting: a classic Bolognese farmhouse that mixes the rusticity of the building with a modern furniture. In the same way the menu includes dishes of the traditional Bolognese cuisine, updated with a touch of creativity.

The menu also includes fish courses, vegetarian dishes and some gluten-free dishes.

The ingredients are chosen in particular among seasonal and local products. The first courses, for example, are prepared with rolled-out fresh pasta, made of organic flour. The homemade desserts include mascarpone cream with dark chocolate chips, amaretto semifreddo, catalan cream and the typical rice cake. 

The wine list consists of a wide selection of regional and Italian wines, selected by the sommelier and owner, Margherita Zoboli.

The restaurant is recommended by FuoriCasello, a food guide that includes some of the best restaurants located in the nearby of the Italian highway exits.
