Welcome to your home in Tolè, among the green Appennini, only 40 minutes far from Bologna. You will find a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You can choose between an intimate interior or a large panoramic hall. All pasta is hand-made! Traditional "Tortellini" in broth, "Tagliatelle" ragù bolognese, green "Lasagna" with meat sauce, Large spinach "Tortellacci" with four cheese sauce, "Tortelloni" fresh cheese (ricotta) and spinach filling with butter and sage. Mix of roasted meat: veal, rabbit, chicken, pork ; fried pork "Bolognese" cutlet topped with ham and cheese; fried mix: french fries, olives filled with meat, cauliflower, onion, apple and cream balls; Tolè french fries. Also desserts are hand-made: "Fordilatte", "Zuccotto", "Tenerina" with chocolate.
