Organic Colli Bolognesi Wines

The farm is situated in Ponte Ronca (4 km from Zola Predosa) in the hills of the DOC Colli Bolognesi Wines production area.

The wine farm is surrounded by a 10-hectare vineyard, a cellar and a house overlooking a courtyard of nearly 2,000 square metres.

The complex, which dates back to the late 19th century, underwent restoration work between the 1970s and 1980s, whereas the cellar has been recently built.

The vineyard is planted with Pignoletto, Sauvignon, Riesling, Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. 

The wine farm, which is also a didactic farm, offers visitors the following services:

• wine purchase
• cooking courses like "Impariamo a fare la sfoglia col mattarello!" (how to make puff pastry!) on Tuesday and Thursday 
• didactic laboratories
• meetings

The "La Roverella" Farmhouse offers visitors the following services:

• overnight stay and breakfast
• wine and typical food tasting like Parmigiano Reggiano, cold meats and salami and doughnut (8,00 € per person)
