Former paper mill - Marzabotto

Paper was produced here since ancient times, before this place became the large paper industry that in the 1980s employed over 500 people.

The former paper mill is now living a second life, thanks to a major redevelopment that includes residences, restaurants, a bicycle station and many spaces for socio-cultural events. The project is developed with a sustainable and innovative perspective, with the aim of increasing the resilience of the area and the awareness of those who live there. The former paper mill also stands as a new point of reference for both tourists and the local community, thanks to the numerous services that are (and will be) offered.
