Tolè is a quiet summer destination, positioned between the Reno valley and the Samoggia valley. It is famous for the production of the characteristic mountain potato, which is the basis of many traditional recipes, and for the quality of its water from three springs that feed as many as twelve fountains.
To enhance the historic center, Tolè has established an open-air museum with various artistic works that visitors can explore as they stroll through the village streets. Of great visual impact is the Tolè Tower, a charming hamlet that has been largely uninhabited for decades. Of particular note are the structure at the base of the tower and some of the windows and doorways. Also worth a visit is the centuries-old chestnut grove that surrounds the entire hamlet complex.
